Climate controlled units are typically located indoors. As a result, they are not affected by the effects of rain, snow, dirt and dust, pests or changes in temperatures or humidity.
Climate controlled units protect your items from mold and mildew.
Climate controlled units offer protection from flooding and water exposure from humidity, rain, and melted snow.
Climate controlled units tend to be cleaner. Less dust and dirt gets into the interior units compared to standard units.
